Terrible company - charge you through the nose with fee after fee and even charge you $200 to close your account and pick up your tank!Terrible customer service and insanely expensive, would never recommend to anyone.

Horrific company to deal with. Examples, received notice they would charge 10% for credit cards. I called 3/29 and requested they remove their tank and asked for driver to make contact to confirm location. 4/8 i made a 2nd call after no contact. **************** rep stated tank would be removed 4/11. On 4/11 I called at 9AM confirmed pickup, called again at 4 PM customer service rep stated tank would be picked up todays date. 4/12 approx 8AM called tank would be removed todays date. 4/12 called 4:45PM was transferred back to... read more

They sent me a bill for over $2,000.00 dollars. We have been a customer for over 40 years and monthly bill is usually around $40.00-80.00 a month. In the last 4 months they sent bills for over $2500.00. I have called them and they have not changed the amount due? They sent someone out to read the meter which read 351 the next month 375 yet they send me a billfor over $2,000 dollars

In April of this year, I has a natural gas meter installed for a water heater and other appliances, so I called Amerigas to cancel service. After maneuvering through the customer service calls for ************************************************** their scheduling system was "not working," so they would call me to schedule a pickup time. After Amerigas Propane LP purchased Carolane Propane, we were notified of a change in our contract. We were now going to be assessed an annual tank rental fee of $125. Then, with each propane delivery, the price per gallon kept rising until we finally had enough and canceled the service. To cancel the service, we were charged a $200 tank pickup fee and a $100 dispatch fee. These fees are excessive and redundant!

BBB does nothing to stop this company from being in business. These reviews don't help customers, only a place to vent. Amerigas showed up with a truck and tried tried to STEAL tanks I own. Lucky I was home and ran them off my property. After going with another company to fill tanks, they thought they would show up and take tanks they "thought " they own, one with 150 gallons in it. Good luck "talking" with people in ***** to get Amerigas to stay off my property.

AmeriGas is a predatorial business. I called to sign up and schedule a delivery over the phone. Delivery was made April 1st. Then four more deliveries have been made within a 25 day Period And I have been charged an absurd amount. Why? Because The person who signed me up enrolled me in automatic refills without my consent. The most recent refill as of today cost me over $100, and wasted their drivers time to go all the way out to my property in the mountains and fill it only 10% When I called to speak to their customer suppo... read more

Worse company ever! 0 stars!!! Had to pay ****** for nothing. The employee they sent out to so our survey was very rude and did nothing to help us. Do not recommend. Read reviews, it pays in the end.

I would give this company zero stars if I was able. Terrible customer service, Terrible people, price gouging is the norm. They obviously don't care about anything except the bonuses they get. They also treat the employees like slaves. Run for your life. The whole company is unethical and uncaring.
