After numerous phone calls and given the runaround I had No choice but to switch to a different company. Very poor customer service. Appointment today to pick up 3 tanks never came. No phone call notifications why. When originally set tanks did not meet regulations were not ******************************** generator were placed under wooden deck. After reading reviews I do not have much hope getting refund for my unused propane if and when they ever come get my tanks. Wish an attorney would read these complaints and file class action law suit. I do no have funds to hire attorney on my own 0 stars
They scam and cheat people! They come out , fill your tank every month when you tell them you will call in for service, they come anyway and you end up with a 1.500.00 dollar Bill! They have horrible customer service! They will not let you get ahold of him to stop service! 10 stars for Horrible Service.Negative 5 stars!
Like everyone else should be ZERO Stars, **************** is USELESS. Been on the phone over 1 hour to get a refund of $564. that they were suppose to send within 3-4 week, now they said since I cancelled my account the credit was blocked, WHAAT. If my account was cancelled they should return my money. DO NOT USE THEM 1111
Its unreal that this company is still allowed to exist. What a horrendous experience. I placed my order on 8/16 and as of today, 8/29, after being reassured at least six times that the delivery would be made by the end of the day, still no gas. I genuinely feel for the customer service agents in their foreign call centers (bold move to call yourself Amerigas and outsource your customer service to other countries, on the cheap) who have to deal with the fallout of their employer's incompetence. On August 14th my wife and I smelled gas, I called ********* (our supplier) and they promptly sent out someone to check for leaks, as it turned out there was a valve outside was on by mistake. The technician also noted that our tank was old and should be replaced and that he would put an order in for a new tank. One and half weeks later (8/22) still no new tank, however we received an invoice for $443.20 ($99.99 dispatch fee and $299.25 emergency call) for the service call. I dealt with this company years ago before they started outsourcing and they were great. Now they are HORRIBLE. I ordered gas which by the way took me three phone calls and hours of time. I overlooked it. They gave me a date, fine. I later got a text message stating that my gas would be arriving early and would be there the next day and someone would have to be there. Bought a home with Amerigas service. Company decided to close account and pull tank which was 70% full, without notification. I showed up one day and tank was gone with ruts in yard. I had no idea what had happened. Amerigas made credit check in previous owners name who is now deceased, so it cant be cashed. Amerigas sent a tech out on 8/22/24 to look at our cracked propane cover lid. He left after ten minutes after he took a measurement. The morning of 8/24/24 we receive a bill for over $5000 which included 25 hours of labor. We tried calling the local number on the invoice and it isnt operable. We had to wait until Monday 8/26/24 to call to dispute the bill. We were told billing takes place in **** and it will be one to two weeks for a call back.
