The staff here is so warm and welcoming. I'm glad I chose this office for my new puppy. It's very clean and quick. Highly recommend
Dr. Kramer is wonderful. My dog was coughing and vomiting all day so we took her in at 7pm as an urgent care walk-in. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Dr. Kramer was so professional and so reassuring and gave us the proper steps to get my dog all better. Thank you!
Thank you for my stay-cation. I'm so happy I got to meet you all. I told mom I loved my aunties that took care of me while I boarded here for 5 days. I highly recommend to stay here for boarding.
I can't say enough good things about this clinic. They are owned and staffed by highly skilled veterinary doctors -- several who specialize in seeing animals that other clinics are not equipped to see. In addition to dogs and cats, they see exotic animals including birds, reptiles, and pocket pets like hamsters. We were referred to them by a veterinary hospital. The staff is absolutely wonderful and care for your animals like they are their own. I wouldn't go to another vet's office....they are truly knowledgeable in their field.
I've brought my puppy in here a few times now, and the service has always been good (minus one grouchy tech) but today I was so impressed. They shared that the wait was 2-3 hours, but one of the vet techs came out within 30-45mins to speak with me. (They ended up taking him back within the hour.) She was very knowledgeable, great about explaining how everything would go and answered any questions I had. Staff is always welcoming and professional. Pets know when people are truly there to help, they are the best judge of character. Always get a follow up call after a visit to check in on my boy. An hour drive is worth the treatment and care he received when he's needed it.
Clean facility and competent, caring staff! I brought my new kitten here once he started displaying a fever a few days after adopting him. Even though I came during "emergency hours," they were able to see my cat relatively quick. The doctors and staff I encountered were very kind, making sure that I understood all the treatment options recommended for my kitten.
