I chose them over a year ago when I was looking for boarding for my two kitties but I ended up choosing them as a vet as well. All of those experiences were great but it wasn't until I had to transfer my baby from OC Emergency Pet Hospital for continued care for an unexpected emergency. They took him as soon as they could. I take my frenchie here. she's a regular. From vaccines to allergies, grooming and emergencies in between. Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic takes care of us. We are so lucky to have them
I switched here after a terrible experience at another vet and it is so nice to go to a place that cares about your animals and isn't just money hungry
Our little pup fell into the pool and inhaled some water. He had labored breathing and we rushed him to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic. We are extremely happy with the care that our 17 yo dog received. From the moment we walked in, they whisked him away to check him out. They were very compassionate, this little dog is a child to us. THIS VET IS AMAZING!! I was very worried about my bunny because she was dragging her back legs and I didn't want to just take her to just any vet, I needed to take her to an exotic animal vet. I was nervous at first but once I walked in they right away took my little Oreo back for a check up to see what was wrong and not even 5 minutes later the vet tech came and explained what had happened and what the doctor recommended which was an x-ray and she explained all the pricing before they charged me for anything. My regular vet (like many others) is closed on Mondays. My dog injured her tail and was up all night licking, biting, and absolutely miserable. I had heard horror stories about animal emergency hospitals so I liked the fact that this was an "urgent care". Plus, I already trusted them because I had previously boarded a fearful, reactive dog and they took great care of her. In the past we have gone to a very large pet facility We we're always happy with the treatment our pets received However, unless you were encountering an emergency , it would take a few days to be seen My dog had a situation arise Saturday late afternoon. Such an amazing in person experience, so affordable and so efficient I was in and out within 30 mins and actually spoke to the vet. Dr Nguyen was super helpful and helped to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this clinic and the staff was very nice and professional
