Very clean and professional pet clinic! Was welcomed immediately upon entering. The service was very quick and the doctor kind and professional.
My very skittish dogged did exceptionally well here. Brittany, the veterinary assistant was very good with my dog. She doesn't often warm up to people like she did with Brittany. Dr. Burbach was awesome. My dog was a bit skittish at first, but quickly warmed up to Dr Burbach. The doctor sat on the floor to do her exam. This was a big contrast to another exam I attempted to have for my dog. The veterinarian came at her quickly, and I said that he had to be more gentle but he ignored me. We had an emergency when our dog developed a complete urinary tract obstruction that wasn't able to be resolved by flushing the stone, and he needed surgery. We went to a different emergency hospital that quoted us a minimum of $14,000 to try the flush again along with the surgery. Needless to say, we were floored by that amount and incredibly stressed trying to find another place that could do the surgery within a very short timeframe but at a more reasonable amount. I was so thoroughly impressed with my experience at this veterinary clinic, specifically their urgent care. They provided excellent and timely care despite the fact that we were brand new clients. My dog Penny randomly woke up shaking and crying in pain, she could barely walk, and she refused to eat or drink. Naturally I was incredibly distraught and called several clinics in the area to see if we could squeeze her in, but all were full including her primary vet. I have always had a 5 star experience with my 3 dogs with Anaheim hills pet clinic. So much so, that after being with my last vet for 20 years, I switched over when Dr. Johnson helped me out with my Bichon who was having severe seizures. She was so kind, and communicated with other caregivers to get my pet what he needed. My experience has been awesome with each dog and each Veterinarian, until now. The conflicting preliminary report was just updated this morning and Dr. Liu felt that it was important for us to give you an update as it is well past the anticipated 3-5 business day window for results. Our dog had a emergency situation where she got bit by another dog and we rushed over to Anaheim hills pet clinic and the staff was so professional and caring. They were able to tend to her right away and gave us so much comfort that she was in good hands. The staff and Dr. all were great, the best outcome we could have asked for. Thank you to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic!
Our dog swallowed a good amount of chocolate when we were out for two hours. we took her to urgent care. The front sign says waiting time was 2-3hrs I thought it might get worse if she wait for it. When we checked her in, they immediately took an action, vet/assistant came to the lobby and asked several questions, took her to the room, let her vomit most of the amount of chocolate she had eaten. I'm so happy with their service. They saved her life. By the time she got home, she's already normal herself!

My dog wasn't feeling well the night before, and I saw this vet was open on Sundays. Went in at 8:00qm, was completely done and out the door by 9:10am. Dr. Liu was understanding, kind, and helped ease my fears. Price was much more reasonable than surrounding vets. Will be coming here for any future vet needs!
