Even with Covid and waiting in the parking lot, they took extensive notes and Dr. Falco was VERY GOOD! I was actually impressed with the concern and wanting to know details about my baby bearded dragon Mortimer. I called all of the reptile vets in my area and they were all booked up for months or weeks and he needs immediate attention they were able to give me an appointment for the next day. Tired of the run around and raised prices from our vet so we made an appointment at Animal Hills Pet Clinic to try them out since our younger dog needed a vaccine update. Had such a great experience with the office staff and doctor that we ended up switching our other dog and cat over as well. Glad we finally found a vet with great pricing and common sense. Didn't try to upsell us at all and even provided nail trimming for free on our first visit for both dogs, which was an unexpected and pleasant surprise.
Just saw Dr Andrea Bogan for the first time. I selected her as the new vet for my young rescue dog -Jack Russell terrier/Chihuahua. She is excellent - knowledgeable, friendly, took her time to explain everything, and answer my questions/concerns about better diet/food to control weight gain; gave me different options. So happy we found her!
My dog needed to be seen urgently today for a worsening infection. His own vet was closed today and we couldn't wait. We took him to Anaheim hills pet clinic because we had heard good things from friends. Their emergency and urgent care was open on a Sunday which was a plus. We are very glad to have found a veterinarian and groomer that we trust! After 5 years, we can still say that every experience has been positive. We hate having to bring our pup to the vet because it usually means there is something wrong, but when it's been needed, we always go to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic. The groomer is next door, as an associated business "Doggie Stylez" and they do a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Christina is patient with our dog and always remembers us!
I brought my dog here in an emergency, when another hospital said it would be a 3 hour wait. My dog was in critical condition, and they brought her back and started care immediately. They provided the best, most sympathetic care I could have asked for. They diagnosed the problem, offered all the information I needed, and were able to end her suffering in the most humane and loving way possible. It was an awful situation. Karen, I'm sorry for your frustration and thanks for the review. This is not a new policy and has nothing to do with profit. California State Law does not allow us to prescribe medications past the year date of the exam. This law should be followed by any vet you see in California. If the request was within the year, it may depend on how close you are to the year date, but we can always get you a month (individual dose) to get you by. We hope your dogs are well.
Today i picked up my dog Connie and i would just like to say, i was so worried about her, she was on the verge of being gone, we went to garden grove cat&dog hospital and we waited nearly 2 hours just for them to tell us our puppy was bleeding out from the inside and we paid almost 400 in medicine and her one visit, anyways we took her home and she was really bad, not getting better she was bleeding really bad the next day barely able to move, she didn't wanna eat or drink water, so my family found the anaheim hills pet cli... read more
