Dr. Falco, Dr. Johnson, Dr. Burbach = These doctors and ALL the vets & techs at Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic are EXTRAORDINARY! You will not find a more helpful, kind & compassionate staff, and we are grateful our senior beagle is a patient there - We truly appreciate them all!

Staff is always welcoming and professional. Pets know when people are truly there to help, they are the best judge of character. Always get a follow up call after a visit to check in on my boy. An hour drive is worth the treatment and care he received when he's needed it.

Clean facility and competent, caring staff! I brought my new kitten here once he started displaying a fever a few days after adopting him. Even though I came during "emergency hours," they were able to see my cat relatively quick. The doctors and staff I encountered were very kind, making sure that I understood all the treatment options recommended for my kitten. BEST spot ever!!!! I have had dogs all of my life and when I had an emergency with my golden retriever last night, this was the only place that would take me. They met us at our car with a cart and blanket and were SOOOO loving to him. They got us in a room right away and Dr. Kramer was so kind. She did what was necessary and the prices were fair. This is now our NEW place to go with our pets. Every person working late at night was kind and loving to us and our dog. They were so understanding and caring!!

I can't tell you how grateful I am that you chose to see my pet during your emergency hours, even though you were very busy. The prognosis wasn't good and euthanasia was suggested as the best option. I have no words to express how much I appreciated the sympathy and kindness shown by the staff. The issue was explained to me very clearly and the knowledgeable staff gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. We have six rescue cats and I am a wildlife rehabber. So I have been to a LOT of vets over the last many years -- some amazing and some amazingly bad. I have a lot of knowledge and very high standards. I definitely rank AHPC as one of the BEST I've ever been to! Tonight, one of our cats had a medical emergency and couldn't find anywhere near our home that could take her. Love this place! I live in Santa Ana and it's a long drive to Anaheim Hills but I do the drive because of the amazing service! I bring my pugs Snorlax and Treylax because urgent care is always available and they don't turn me away like the vets that I live by. I had to take my 9 month puppy here for an emergency consultation. Upon arrival the staff was incredible. They were kind and quick. The doctor was fantastic. He took his time and walked me thru the issue. This clinic is not close to my house but I will definitely take my dog here for emergency situations. Thank you AHPC for the follow up call. Marley is doing great and on the road to recovery.
