Even with their COVID touch less protocols, with pets being picked up from the car and communication by telephone, I still feel like they spend enough time to make sure we understand what is going on and what the options are. Plus you can't beat their hours!!!
Wow. AMAZING STAFF AND AMAZING Vet! I left my puppy Shih Tzu at a Veterinarian office near where I live . After reading the reviews I knew I had to save my puppy from there, that's when I read Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic's reviews and boy were they on point . Their staff were all extremely friendly and the veterinarian was very friendly and informative Price was reasonably affordable considering it was after hours Urgent Care. Thank you Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic! Benji loved his experience!!
This place has grooming - Doggie Styles and it is AWESOME!!!! We have a Doodle (She is a Cavapoo - Mini Poodle and King Charles Cavalier) and we have taken her to a few groomers and they groom her like a poodle - she's not a poodle! So we tried here. First for just a clean and tidy - great job! Today we did a fill groom and she is PERFECT. She looks so good! We are so happy. Your clinic staff are very friendly and Dr Burbach and the vet tech are very thorough, knowledgeable and loving with my dog - I've appreciated follow up phone calls and Dr Burbach has answered all my questions. Baxter LOVES coming here 'cause he gets so much love and attention - I think Dr Burbach is the best vet we've ever worked with and am so glad we found this place.
We needed a vet while ours was closed during the initial stay at home last spring, and our dog trainer recommended AH Pet Clinic. Although we have yet to meet a vet face-to-face, the care we have received over the phone and with safe, curbside drop off has been top notch. This is now our permanent vet, and we also now bring our dog there for grooming. We have all good things to say. What a wonderful find when we needed it!
I took my dog in because he was having issues with his eyes, and we were told it was conjunctivitis. They prescribed antibiotics and asked us to bring him back the next day for another checkup. During that visit, we were charged again for additional tests that should have been done during the original appointment, which added unexpected costs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS CLINIC. we took the dog to this clinic because our vet was closed. Our dog was taken into the clinic and diagnosed with a blockage? My granddaughter borrowed funds to pay for the astronomical fees, x-ray, hydration, barium fluids etc. Staff said our dog additionally may require surgery. I spoke to staff to authorize a payment. WARNING. SCAMMING PRICE GOUGING VET. My entire family has been taking our animals to Anaheim Hills Pet Clinic for years and years, but we've noticed things changing over the last few years and we've always given them the benefit of the doubt.
