Katherine did a great job selling and staging our home, so well that it sold in one day! She also was patient with us as we did not have much experience with selling. When it came down to ground zero she helped us clean and get rid of items so that we could have a smooth closing the next day!! I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Kathy was delightful to work with. Her knowledge of the area and her knowledge of the housing trends was beneficial in helping us find the right home. She hung in there with us and showed us many houses. She listened to what we wanted and found places that matched our desires. My sale was very complicated due to my uncooperative soon to be exhusband. We had to get the court involved to get the sale completed she never gave up . I think other realtors might of said just forget it . But we finally got it done. If you have a complex sale she’s your agent!

Kathy went well out of her way to make sure that everything regarding the sale was well organized. She took out time to actually stage the home to improve the appeal of the property in the advertisements. She kept use well informed regarding the status of the listing throughout the duration of the sale. The house was sold within 4 days of listing for full asking price. Kathy and her team did a remarkable job. She has my highest recommendation for those planning to sell a home.

Kathy was a blessing! She was professional but yet personable. She went above and beyond her work. If I had any questions she took the time to answer them.
