Andrew and his Team did a awesome job helping my family and I refinance a property. They were patient and very informative through out the whole process. They responded quickly whenever we had any questions and communicated daily on the progress of the refinance. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a lender. Andrew and his group were efficient and quick in the cash out refi on two rental properties. Throughout the process they kept me well informed and ensured all necessary data was collected quickly. They beat their timeline on both properties closing a week ahead of scheduled.
