Andrew explored refinance options and rates with us. Communication throughout the process was very good. Becca was kind enough to answer some questions for us after working hours. The process was smooth and hassle free. I miss the days of hand shakes and beers after closing a deal, but everything being completed online saves a lot of time! Not only have we recommended Guaranteed Rate with firends and family, but we'll be using them again for future investment properties!
