I'm far from knowledgeable about financial things, so when a friend suggested i refinance my house to take advantage of the current low rates I was hesitant. Andrew made the process easy and was extremely patient when I asked question after question - sometimes even asking the same question more than once. He offered us multiple options on our refinance and suggested but never insisted on anything we did.

Andrew and team were great on my first cash out refi on a texas rental property. Texas is a unique mortgage market and this wasn't a product that all lenders do, so it was great to work with such an investor friendly lender. Andrew was also a great communicator calling whenever any significant progress was made on the loan and also generous with his time sharing his local market knowledge.
