I came in looking for a used car after my car was totaled in an accident. I found the Sentra online and came in and talked to Tim Smith about it. I was waiting for an insurance check to arrive and Tim held the car for about week for me. I appreciate that. The car has been great so far. It's a nice solid car. Everything is great. If I am looking for a new Nissan in the future, I will think of Tim first.
Excellent service. Great people and I look fwd to coming back again. I purchased 2013 Maxima and a week later I returned and purchased 2012 Armada. Salesman said he was new but I was impressed with his Salesman said he was new but I was impressed with his knowledge,not only with the car I was interested in but the overall working of bthe bused car sale's process.It was raining when I drove in and several salesmen were standing inside the showroom but Tyler was standing outside in the rain. I thought price was good but had gotten a better trade in price from a different dealer, but my son was pro Nissan so I decided to go that way but not sure the difference I have to pay each month was worth it
All the people there are all so nice & accommodating, Gary Jones is really going a good job leading all these people. I hope they will keep up their good works!
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mike and Bob have answered all questions and havebeen grerat to work with. My lower rating on the price rating was only good because you charged $286 for a part that sells on you website for under $100.
Having recently moved to the area, this was my first experience at having my vehicle serviced. I'm glad that I took my Nissan here. The staff were friendly, service good, and my time well spent.
Everyone was very friendly and willingly to help out, even if they were not the ones selling me my car. I didn't have any problems at all.
