I began the process of buying a truck from out of state. The ball was fully rolling and I made it abundantly clear that I was ready to close the deal and fly in to get the truck. All of a sudden the truck disappeared from their website and I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone over the phone. What out for their hidden fees when buying used. Was about to finish a deal with them when they snuck in a $1500 charge for Nissan Certified Pre-Owned. They also charge a bogus $299 Etch Fee on a Used car when the Etch was done when it was sold new.

Terrible dealer to buy a car from. Bought a 2018 Nissan armada from them. Sneaky upcharge for the "certified pre-owned" inspection which I am sure never happened after finding a few things that should have been caught. Armada only had 1 key and 1 set of headphones. Took a month and several phone calls and messages for them to finally send some cheap aftermarket headphones...no key. Another several calls back to get a key sent. Zero stars- refused my business after scheduled appt. Went to get my transmission fluid replaced last week on my daughter’s older model (12 yrs) Nissan. I came in for an oil change, I pulled into the the garages de was greeted warmly. The I was read some info about my car and asked if I wanted fluids cleaned and filled. Unfortunately, I was completely unaware exactly what that meant, thinking windshield washer, etc. My bill was 449.90, I asked why an oil change was so expensive and she then explained what I had mistakenly agreed to. She took $20.00 off my bill, but I will not be back, and I will not buy my next Nissan there.

We thought we were buying the armada for the advertised sales price of 36500 but they slipped in the msrp price of 37995 instead ! you really must watch this place ! They got us for 1500$$$ and they will not correct it after several phone calls?
