Salesman Ashton & the sales manager Mike should be ashamed of the way my 80 year old mother was treated. She was anxious about purchasing a vehicle because she is afraid of being taken advantage of & rightfully so. We drove over an hour to get to the dealership with a set budget in mind. I NEVER complain or make any kind of post like this, however, I know several people who have purchased cars from here. I also have recommended people here and feel I should make them aware. Andy and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue from Andy Mohr Nissan brand new last year. We decided we wanted to start looking into a minivan option and found one at a local dealership! This was my experience with Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon. I want to start by acknowledging my portion of fault in allowing this to happen. I will also be leaving out specific names purposefully. I put in a request online for a used truck they had. I received a call the next morning to talk about the truck. She asked if I would have time to come look at it that day, to which I said yes. I bought a car from this dealership. I paid $2100 and they couldn’t or wouldn’t put any gas in the car. I will never buy anything ever from this dealership and will steer family and friends away from them.
I purchased an extended warranty when I bought my Nissan Frontier. When I needed to used it I was told that someone at the dealership had canceled it the day after I signed it. For years I thought I had the security of this warranty. I was never refunded my $4000, nor the interest. That is, by law, fraud. And it seems that they have no intention of making it right.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. What dealership let's a family drive off in a vehicle that the brakes have not been bled, or have very bald tires. The people there are lazy.
If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst experience of my life. Sold me and my family a xxx lemon. Will not help with anything. Will not return calls. Will not answer calls. Stuck driving a car that doesn't work, doesn't start. customer service is absolutely awful and the vehicle isn't any better. I would NEVER buy from here again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
The sales manager, Nick Burd, tried telling me that Andy Mohr Nissan is "better than their reviews." They are definitely NOT better than their reviews. Nick did not keep our agreement and when the general manager attempted to "manage me" by telling me "you don't have to buy a car from us," I agreed with him and left. I will never step foot on an Andy Mohr lot again because they don't seem to understand the benefit of "return customers."
I just bought a used 2015 VW Jetta from Andy Mohr Nissan Avon last week. The sales process was ok but delayed due to a mechanical issue with the key chamber where you turn the key. There was no real communication on it for week. I proceeded with trust . They delivered they car and it was raining so I will be honest did a quick review which was on Saturday.
