Took the car in to fix a back hatch issue. Back hatch would open, then automatically close again. Didn't happen at dealer (of course). I explained the safety concern about closing on children. They just wanted to give the car back. Spoke to the service manager and asked what they wouod do IF it happened. Asked if they had an experienced mechanic who could look at it since I'm sure this has been seen again. I had to beg them to investigate it. In the end, I just have to deal with it I guess.

My salesman, I believe his name is Caleb, was horrible. He had an attitude and all my questions he was say "I don't know". He didn't seem to want to help me or my husband. He would just get up and leave for 30 minutes at a time and he never said what he was doing or he would be back. I almost left a few times because I honestly thought he went home.

NEVER WORK WITH SAMANTHA. SHE WILL FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU AND THEY WILL COVER FOR HER. I inquired about a specific car and she told me it was mine come in. Got to test drive then find out she lied.

I will never do business with them again!!!!!!!!! First was looking at one truck and called and was told that it was still there went there and nobody seem to know where it went. Then I looked at the truck that I did buy and was told they still had to clean the truck. Had to have the windshield replaced, I go get it yesterday and this morning I go to put my kids carseats in the truck and find live 12gauge shotgun shells in the truck. I guess that is cleaning the truck.

Do not do business with them! We asked many times if a vehicle was sold before driving from Fishers to Avon. Were ASSURED many many times.... no offer, not under financing review, not sold. We drove the whole way there (45 minutes) to be told it was sold a half hour ago. It strains credulity to think that a deal was done that quickly.

I'm not sure who would have told you it was under financing review as we aren't really sure what this means. Our vehicles are first come first serve. It looks like this vehicle was purchased with cash, this process only takes about 10 minutes to complete that paperwork and be on your way. Bought my daughter a 2013 Fusion on Friday. Saturday the check engine light came on. Monday I had it scanned. It needs a new catalytic converter that cost $600. Called Andy Mohr Avon. They told me I bought it as is.... This is my daughter’s second car in a year from Andy Mohr and it will be my last. I will take my money elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst experience in my 36 years of buying vehicles. High pressure sales! HUGE turn off. My actual sales guy wasn't bad, but the two managers above him, did the 'full court press' sales pressure on me. I left there and within an hour the texts and calls began. They continued the high pressure sales. One key thing that was not favorable was the 4.9% interest rate. I ended up buying a Nissan from a Nissan competitor and their interest rates were 0% and 0.9%. If there was a no star available for rating that would be my choice. I found this car on car guru and was a great deal. I spoke with salesman assured me the car is pristine. Reminded him I am four hours away please send me pics of car and flaws. Asked if this was a smoker vehicle and reported back no. Salesman noted no flaws. Also car went through detail and was ready to go according to salesman. Ran my credit and prepped documents. Service Advisor failed to look up my andy mohr one card which meant my oil change was to be free. Luckily nice cashier looked it up when I mentioned it and sent me on my way without a charge as it should have been. Glad to know that some people take the time to look things up when customer tells them..gone down hill since Matt the service manager left
