Found this dealer through autolist app. Completed online paperwork for purchasing a vehicle and trading in my car. After all was filled out, I received a deal from Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon. I accepted the deal and made an appointment to test drive car and purchase. Drove 3 hrs to buy car and was met by random salesman, not person I was dealing with online. When hard working families come to a dealer to buy a vehicle, the very least they should expect to be treated with respect. Andy Mohr Nissan did nothing but disrespect my family and I. We spent over 5 hours in this dealership after talking with one of their salespeople for over two weeks prior. He gave us a 100% guarantee of financing for a 2019 charger for $23000, with $500 down. Sold me a vehicle that has been in accident. Vehicle description is far ftom accurate. They promise to buy back, took they vehicle in to sell, i was told they can't buy it. He said "our offer will be ridiculous, i will advise that you sell to someone else" So why did you give me an appointment?
Not Pleasant Good product, good facility, bad sales practices. Sales customer service could use improvement. Buying a car should not be an adversarial situation. Happy with the car.
Everyone was polite and helpful. Only thing was I will never take a vehicle to trade there ever again. They gave me absolutely zero for my trade and hid the robbery in the contract by the numbers. I know how the deals are supposed to go and I just plan got screwed out of $4000 dollars. If anyone ever asks me how Andy Mohr treated me on my trade. I'm going to be sure and let them know. Waited 1 1/2 hours for a diagnostic that Andy Mohr said would take 30 mins . A lot of unnecessary standing around, talking and not being productive if you ask me. Ex: one guy “Chris” sat in the service area talking to the Retail Parts receptionist and on his cell.Ben constantly walked around as if nothing was to be done. Let’s fast forward 2/23/20 even though I paid my hard earned money and Andy mohr told me that they fixed I’m still hearing the noise... sad situation !!!
Leased my fourth car from Andy Mohr Nissan when I close the deal they said they would make the two remaining payments on my turn in, need less to say they DID NOT!!! I called our there several more times got the same response, I just paid the 2 payments!!! Never again!!!!!!!!!!
I found a vehicle I was interested in through facebook market place, & I inquired through FB messenger if the vehicle was still available. I instantly got a auto generated response that someone would be with me shortly. Within seconds, Stephanie responds with wanting to know my name, #, & email. Buyer Beware! Go somewhere else! Probably the worst purchase experience I have ever had. If you are online shopping for a vehicle, I would definitely find a different dealership. The sales team is very SHADY. They lack professionalism and integrity! They say one thing and do something else. The vehicle I purchased was a Titan, Nissan certified with a clean-one owner Carfax. However it was damaged ($2300 worth) and they tried to hide it after I had already made the purchase. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
