took my son there to buy his first truck. said they'd cut us a good deal, which they did! on a truck with blown head gaskets and stripped out spark plugs! they could have such a good deal on it because they haven't been able to inspect it yet after they've had it a couple weeks should have known better! appreciate y'all screwing my son out of his first car!
Took my vehicle in because I was hearing a squealing noise when turning my wheel. I have a warranty on the vehicle and have only owned the vehicle for a little over a year so I decided to take it here with some hesitation. I paid $150 for a 27 point inspection but no idea what 27 items were checked as the receipt did not have a breakdown of the inspection. It was diagnosed as brake pad wear. shady business practices and untrustworthy
They are doing very bad and dirty business right now. We are loyal customers. Leased my last vehicle through them. This was by far my worst experience ever car shopping. They offered me $13-14K less than the value of my car of what they would sell it for themselves. I later went home to Kelley blue book my car and found out just how much they tried to steal from me. I had a very poor experience when I came in for my oil change. I scheduled an appt ahead of time but when I arrived I was told they could not find my appt. I might have scheduled for the other location but I was told it was no problem and they could complete the oil change and tire rotation in 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I agreed timo this. I bought a 2021 Nissan Sentra in April 20 20. The fire retardant under the hood of the car has been eating through by mice I brought this to their attention after owning the car for two months. They reluctantly agreed that it could’ve happened sitting in their field back lot. They said it would take a week or two to order the part and it will have to come from Louisiana. I began the process of buying a truck from out of state. The ball was fully rolling and I made it abundantly clear that I was ready to close the deal and fly in to get the truck. All of a sudden the truck disappeared from their website and I couldn’t get a straight answer from anyone over the phone.
