Do not buy from here and definitely do not service here! The service department is by far the worst I have ever seen. I bought a brand new GMC Yukon SLT and have had vibrating/shaking every time I go over 45-50 mph. I took it to the service department 3 times now and have yet to fix the vibrating. Everything shakes and it’s quite embarrassing when people ride with me because they ask what’s wrong with my SUV. I took my car to Andy mohr Buick (where I bought my car) two times in 3 to 4 months difference for the same issue. The light came back on a week ago for the same issue so I decided to take it to my uncle and to AutoZone to get myself a diagnostic where they basically told me that Andy mohr never fixed the proper issue and it has caused a very expensive and more problematic issue. Had the car 9 days. Smells like it’s on fire and engine light on. Stay away from this place and the 2022 Acadia. They also screwed us over on a down payment that was never agreed upon then at the end of signing they asked for 2k
Asked for tire condition. Salesperson diverted the conversation. Also I won’t pay doc fee!

When I bought my car from this dealership, the car had no gas in it and one of the sales people said they would’ve got the cat detailed but apparently nobody there knows how to drive stick. In my opinion thats a bs excuse.

I'll start this off by saying I know car sales is not a charity. But I did have some issues that need to be addressed. I know much of this from the other side too since I am a former Fiat-Chrysler certified salesperson. For example, I know holding value as a salesperson is how you earn a paycheck, but there is a huge difference between holding value and knowing your stuff versus raising the price mid-deal and lying.
