Sales service is non-existent Called Saturday about a vehicle. They said it was available and hooked me up with a saleman. I gave the salesman all my info and they ran my credit and I was approved to move forward. I only know this because I received an email from GM Financial. Time went by so I called the dealership to speak with this salesman to see if they were ready for me to come to the dealership to close the deal. I was sent to the wrong person so I called back. Like buying a car back in the old days....horrible I've had my eye on the 2018 Lacrosses and came to test drive some. I tend to keep my cars a long time, and I also tend to get very bothered by squeaks/rattles in a vehicle that costs in excess of $30k...it's a lot of money to spend and I think most would agree that expecting quality fit/finish shouldn't be out of line. Bought a car Salesman was pleasant but seemed to be uninformed. He told us we could put the cost on our credit card instead of using a check. But when we got to the finance lady she said that was not true. We could only put $3000 on the credit card and use a check for the rest. We get points using our card and we’re pleased when the salesman said we could put the whole amount on it. That’s something he should have known. VEHICLE NOT READY APPARENTLY LISTED VEHICLE BEFORE IT HAD BEEN CHECKED OUT. IT WAS DIRTY INSIDE, IT RATTLED ON TEST DRIVE, THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT IN THE PASSENGER"S SIDE MIRROR WAS BUSTED OUT AND THE TIRES DID NOT MATCH. IT TOOK THREE DAYS TO BE READY FOR DELIVERY.
Unprofessional Made an appointment, showed up and not only was the employee I talked to not available, neither was the car. I was barely even acknowledged upon walking in, and with my three kids, it’s hard to miss us! The name of the game here is WAIT. Wait for someone to approach. Wait for them to find a car. Waste of our time We test drove several vehicles yesterday an found one we were interesting pay full asking price for. All were wanting was to pay off our trade in. The manager asked us at the end of the day if they were to give us the price needed to pay off our trade in if they would have our business. We told him yes; however, we needed to pick up our boys before daycare closed. We get a call later twice that night and again this morning offering below our pay off amount. Quick in and out, but not everything resolved The service people were courteous and efficient, but the car is noisy when first started up. The technician looked at the exhaust system with a flashlight and that’s all. He said I would have to leave it overnight, but since I live 45 miles away I declined. Since the service I have had a new issue—-the accelerator or throttle is sticking and sometimes races the engine when it should be idling.
Terrible Experience with bob Manager bob was a TOTAL JERK!! Very sarcastic. Talked to me like i was stupid. Told my mom used GMC Sierra had a extended warranty did not and then it went through bank and everything was good they were cleaning it up then told her they needed 4,000 dollars down i think that is a really shabby way to do business. bob needs to be fired. SHAME ON YOU. hope y'all sleep well at night.
