Disappointed So I valued my trade on kbb.com and got my offer. I found a truck I wanted at Andy mohr gmc in fishers which was indeed an affiliated partner with kbb. Contacted them about the offer and was told that there was no way they could give me that amount. Without even looking at my trade I was told it would be nearly $7,000 less than the trade value off kbb. I had originally contacted Bob siderys and received a call from Shaun. Very disappointing.
Dirty cars I have no problem with the salesperson, but when you see a car advertise online I would expect it to be cleaned up when I come to look at it everyone I looked at was dirty
Promises Kept When we purchased our '14 Encore in November of '14 We were told we had the Buick Experience. We have not had a follow through on our X-M radio. We have notified our Sales person and also Patrick Mullen to no avail. Please adv ise!
Service Experience on MY 2005 Chevy. Tahoe I had received some service coupons by email from Andy Mohr and thought I might give them a try. I stopped by w/o an appointment on Thursday, August 21 and spoke with Bob (service writer) and he said they were really backed up and could I make an appointment to bring the car in later which I agreed to do the following Monday. We drove up to Fishers specifically to test drive a Terrrain we were seriously considering. This visit was pre-arranged with Herrve. Once we drove from Greencastle to your Fishers location, the 2013 SLE-1 AWD Gold Terrain was not there! And Herrve was busy with other customers even though we had an appointment. If I was just rating Mr. Perry his marks would have been "very good" all the way across... I came to the dealership two days prior and I was left unattended in the car lot for an hour.. then I just left.. they did not see a sale I guess.. The only reason I came back was my friend gave such high remarks about Mr. Perry. Otherwise I would have went to another dealer. The sales staff were just standing around not looking to make a sale , I was totally ignored.
Deal took somewhat longer than I expected. I was at the dealership for 6 hours it seems. Necessitating my leaving first day and returning the next day.
Great service and assistance! We needed help with our warranty company and the service rep helped us fight to get the repair covered. Their help worked and I had little expense out of pocket.
Highly recommended. The whole experience from start to finish was enjoyable and in a non pressure environment. Before you buy a Buick or GMC, make sure you visit Andy Mohr.
