Run!! Don’t buy their used cars!! We purchased a used 2015 Ford Focus SE from this dealership last Friday, 8/12/22. We found it online, and it looked great in person. Seemed fine on the short test drive too. We live 4 hours away, and the drive home was fine. Come next day, check engine light on the dashboard, so we bring the car to our mechanic to check it out. never buy a used car from Andy Mohr Nissan IN. I bought a 2007 dodge caliber from Andy Mohr in April 2007 for a trade in of my 2008 ford focus for my daughter, it has been over 3 months and still have not received the title for the car. I transferred the title of the of my 2008 ford focus to them but have not received the title from them. i have called many times but have received the run around. Poor service would not go back to buy anything at This is my second car from Andy Moore they couldn’t get the title for the first car so they took it back give me another car which is a Chevy traverse IA took it in for the transmission because I had to extend warranty they did more work to that car than IA approved for them to do in doing so I paid a lot more money than I should have I did not give permission to do the work that they did so with that being said I would not recommend anybody not even my daughter or my dogs to... read more

Horrible service I brought my car here over a year ago and I scheduled an appointment for a typical oil change and I was told I had to wait 2 hours! Not to mention the horrible customer service I was given. Then when I brought it to management that i never waited for 2 hours for an oil change,especially with an appoinment,he directed me to my car and gave me my keys. I had to go elsewhere. Thank God they had one appointment left. If you want horrible service and rude staff then go right ahead.

Terrible way to do business!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My daughter and I were interested in a car we found online from them. I called and they said the car was still available. We completed the online financing application and were approved. We then called to confirm again that the car was still available because I would be driving down from northern Indiana and my 19 year daughter would be driving up from southern Indiana. Nissan Quest Service Lots of turnover of service staff has left this operation broken. Long wait just for oil change. Misdiagnosis, mistimed, missed the mark! Left late in a dirty car, and no one seemed to care. Used to love this place.
Service Department I had an appointment scheduled for 8:30 am. I arrived on time and it took the service department 2 hours to do a oil change and tire check. I had to go to the service manager to find out what had happened since three customers came in after me and had their vehicles completed.
