I took my 23 rouge in for service, and never got my tires I took my 23 rouge in for service, and never got my tires rotation 😒, bad service.

Some people who work there are only for the commission Some people who work there are only for the commission and that’s it. I got a car from them and the sales person never showed me the full price of the car. Never showed me the price at all. Just kept telling me a price. Took the sticker price off the window before I even seen the car. Showed me someone else car to describe the car. Never once showed me the car until I actually test drove the car. I am female, 65, white hair. I am female, 65, white hair. They saw me coming. $2400 of repair that may not have been needed according to my second opinion. They used fear of fire to hook me.

Worst car dealer in indy The prices were too high compare to other dealers. One car had a smell of weed. The certified add on price of 1500 was ridiculous for only 30000 miles. Ended up buying at Tom Wood new for just 50 more a month. Andy Mohr will not be shopped at any mohr

I will never to back to this Andy mohr dealership Bought a 2019 Nissan rogue on january 2021 at the Nissan dealership at avon, was promised a 36000 miles warranty or 36months. On Dec 8th 2022 my car couldn't start I decided to bring it t ou the nearest Nissan dealer with was on andy Mohr on Lafayette, first I was told there was no garanty by COLLIN KENDALL ( the guy who was in charge to my car), then he told me to fix it I need to pay more than 2000$. 4 days later, he changed et told me I need almost 10000$ to fix it which I... read more

BUYER BEWARE Buyer Beware!!! The service department failed to find or failed to disclose the two bad sensors on the car we purchased one week ago. After several staling incidents (again in the first week of ownership) we took the car to a local dealer who properly diagnosed the issue. Our salesperson at Andy Mohr said, "We're not in the business of screwing over customers." But Andy Mohr...Well they say, "There's nothing we can do."

Buyer beware Let me give my experience and you make your decision based on it alone. On June 25th, 2022 purchased a vehicle. The salesman was very unprofessional and not truthful. When we got the car there was front-end damage that needed to be repaired and we were told it would be at no cost to us. It was also stated that the vehicle had been brought in that day as a trade-in and there was nothing wrong with it. I need my suv carpet and headline cleane asap ok! The salesperson was very inexperienced and the ebony manager at the desk was really rule, standoffs the suv has bearly gas in it the carpet inside the suv and the headline is very nasty and dirty bearly oil, and transmission fluid and no cooler in the 2017 Chevrolet Traverse I was told it who have a 200 dollars cleaning service done for my suv that was a bold face lie.
