Lost my information at the Collision Center. Went to the collision center in the afternoon. Someone by the name of Mike Lopez followed me out to my car, took pictures, took down my information, and said he'd get back to me. Two weeks later, I hadn't heard anything, so I called and talked to them. They had no record of my visit, no pictures, and nothing. So essentially they wasted about an hour and a half of my time. (It's a 45 minute drive for me to go there, and they are only open when I'm working).

Humiliating It was by far the most worst purchase of my nearly 60 years. Trying to talk to them via the Internet was underwhelming. They Wouldn't talk price till I came to the dealership. Driving 107 miles each way twice was my first mistake, buying a used commercial type truck from a suburb dealership that was the biggee. It is a good truck and it is what I wanted. I set a meeting time and they didn't have the car. I scheduled a meeting to look at a car they said they had for sale. I arrived on time and they didn't have the car ready. They said they couldn't get it to stay running. Why would you tell me it was ok to see the car if you didn't have the car ready to see? This should have been addressed in the email conversation. None of the issues were reported on the car fax report either. The report listed eveything in working condition, which is not true.

HORRIBLE At first it was good, they got us in their got us a car it only took a couple hours. But then 2 weeks had passed and we found out we were not approved for the vehicle and we had to give it back. I wanted my down payment back for obvious reasons. They said no because I had been driving the car, but I wasn't renting a car the car was supposed to be mine so I wanted my down payment back it's losing money for nothing. Pleasant people, but not listening... We told the sales guys our requirements were very simple: write us up an offer on that van, do whatever financing term or APR needed for a maximum monthly payment of $300. I have great credit (score over 750) so I wasn't too worried about the financing options. They kept coming to 309, 325, 347, or more, regardless of what we would adjust on the deal. They would not even tell us what APR they were using to come up to these numbers, and that was even after they pretty much told us that ou... read more

Service Tomwood washes the cars after you have service so I was shocked to get in a dirty car. Maybe this is something you can start doing after you have service done as a courtesy.

Terrible Service For the past 8 years, my family has purchased several new cars from andy mohr. Had a accident with one of them. We had a choice of where to have it repaired. $9,000.00. During this time, we found a nice used car. Got the price and let the dealer know that we were going to be out of town. Well as you guest. THEY SOLD IT FROM UNDER US. Wasted my time and gas I was looking to do a trade of my vehicle for one they had advertised. I live at least 30 minutes away so I spoke at least 3 times to one of their salesmen. I specified this was the only vehicle I was interested in and that I was interested in doing an even trade only. I even emailed pics of my vehicle and my vehicle's vin number over to them so they could let me know if this was possible. I was called back by the same saleman and told to come on in. Do your homework I went to this dealership because of an inquiry on a used SUV that was listed on cars.com. I called before I went since I live on the other side of town. I was told the car was available and set up a time to go and see the vehicle. The vehicle was everything I had expected and was in overall good shape being an older model.
