Underwhelming service I bought a used Nissan Armada. Did a lot of research online about different options before finding the one that I wanted to test drive and buy. Show up to the dealership which the salesman knew I was coming. Get in the vehicle and it’s literally on fumes for gas. Was told oh it will be fine so we take off to test drive it. Oil change I called to make an appointment, so I would not have to wait forever. Arrived a bit early and was there for 1 hour and a half. After going into the waiting area I was the first customer in there. About 10 to 15 minutes later other customers arrived. The customer that came in after me left before me and then they waited and come in the waiting room with everyone paper work at once. No way everyone was done at the same time. I expected quicker service with having an appointment

Transmission Failed After Car Purchase I will not buy a Nissan again from Andy Mohr. Bought used Versa Note for college commute car and after 3 months of driving the transmission failed. It is a CVT transmission. Research showed they have lots of issues with this style of transmission failing. They quoted me $3800 to fix it. Horrible experience. Car only has 93,000 miles.

worst service imagineable I took my car for repair of a suspension (broken spring). I was told the parts would be there in 3 days and the repair would take 2. That was a month ago. It wasn't their fault that the part wasn't available, but I was not told about the problem until I called 2 weeks later. My adjuster told them they had to keep me informed, but they didn't. Misleading Information Provided by Dealer I purchased a certified pre-owned car from this dealer and there were several issues with the car that were not revealed to me until after the sale. The dealer was unwilling to resolve these issues once the sale was complete. I was in the market for a Nissan Quest. Typical I suppose Went into dealership on Dec 29. They hooked me up with what must have been a brand new sales rep. He had zero personality, but the worst thing is he didn?t bother to look up the car I was really interested in. I test drive two others and one drove rough and the other had its check engine light on. He was pushing.
