Buyer Beware! Purchased a Used Car Memorial Day sticker said additional option Cruise Control. Salesman Josue said it definitely had cruise control. I questioned it and bought it anyways. Car DOESN'T have cruise control and General Manager Mike Telezyn won't return my calls/emails as I told he was aware of the situation and to contact him. It's been 3 weeks and no response. Beware large organization falsely advertised a feature on a car that's not there and won't make it right for the little guy.

👎🏻👎🏻Instead of helping a customer with concerns they called the cops on a pregnant black woman. They told the cops she was threatening them when in actuality she had complaints about her car’s performance. Do not buy from here. It’s unsafe. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
So I went to Andy Mohr VW auto sales in Avon & started to test drive a 41000 dollar car, then realized it had at least 50 hail damage dents not to count the side . All I can say is wow . Now I know why it was backed up when I got into it .

We appreciate your feedback, Brent. If a vehicle in our inventory has cosmetic damage, we work with our Collision Centers to get that repaired as soon as possible, and definitely before the vehicle would be delivered.
Poor customer service, unresponsive service department, overall wish I would’ve gone elsewhere. Was in an accident two months after purchase and car was taken to dealership because mechanic shop where I took it did not have the tools to fix, car was given back with glass still on floor, dash and in my vents. Seats were filthy. Sensors have been wonky and will randomly trigger since accident. (Not sure if this is on them or Caliber Collision honestly but I’d expect them to at least vacuum out my vehicle of hazards) **update... read more

I had never been to this dealership. To get my car repaired, I don’t need a door greeter in expensive surroundings. Just fix my car, I’ll pay my bill & leave. Simple! That was not my experience there. And no, I would not return.
