I purchased a used SUV from Andy Mohr Volkswagon. I knew it was used, it had been in a minor wreck and had front end damage repaired, the drivers seat was worn, it had paint wear and dents. I was told it was checked out and new brake pads and tires were put on it. Tires were not what I would have picked, but they were new. I was contacted by Elijah Woodard as internet sales manager on Saturday, I told him my situation which was I owed 7k on my car I was trading in and my Pymt could not be more than 300 a month, after emailing him several times to confirm if they had anything that would work he said yes multiple times. Ok let me start by saying the staff was amazing! Mike AND Joel were top notch and gave me exactly what I was asking for. My complaint is that the dealership just did not inspect the vehicle they were selling appropriately before putting it on the lot. I drove it and it seemed to do fine however the idle was a bit rough I just figured it was low on gas and had been sitting. I bought the car and as soon as I got it home it started having issues. I bought a used car from them on Satuday. On Sunday the engine light came on. On Monday we called and all they offered was to "control the costs" by using their shop. Translation, you'll pay for it, but we'll try to charge you less. Understand that As is means As is even if you just bought it the day before.

I bought a used 2013 Ford Explorer because at the time I didn't kmow they were lying to me. There was some corrosion around the hood, I told them that was a deal breaker. I was assured at several different times by the salesman and one of the sales managers that it was covered under the ford warrenty and it would be fixed by Ford at no charge to me. 2 weeks later I'm still trying to get them to stand behind that.
