I do not recommend this hospital and will never come back. I came here on May 28, 2022 due to my cat, Nova, who was 4, wasn’t eating and was breathing hard. They determined that she had an infection in her chest and that they recommended putting chest tubes in to help drain the infection as well as administer antibiotics. If it wasn’t bad enough when they were doing their procedure they accidentally punctured one of her lungs, causing air to get in her blood stream and causing her to code 3 times over night and killing he... read more

Horrible service. Had my dog 6 hours. No water no pain meds as I instructed. No updates after 4 hours I had to call them. Didn’t even know the tech name she continued to ask me If I was sure do to cost. I said make him better cost is not an issue. No meds given. They locked him in a kettle for 6 hours. And no service accept war cleaning done.

Business response:

Desiree, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback. I have sent you an email addressing your concerns. Please don't hesitate to reach out directly should you have any further questions. We sincerely hope sweet Roscoe has made a full recovery. Take care.

I came across Mrs Kimberly Louis when she appeared as a guest on a Forex Podcast in USA. I was listening to and was very impressed with her straight forward approach and the principles of her trading strategy. My heart then told me to invest $1000 with her company as a trial. I was able to withdraw a profit of $12,600 after 7 days. Mrs Kimberly Louis make this possible, do well and reach out to her for a secure investment too. Never again! $550 to see if my precious dog still has an ear infection. Oh wait… you never swabbed her ear. But you did extra blood work and X-rays without my consent. Then tell me there was a lack of communication between front office help and the vet.

Business response:

Hello Tami, thank you for taking the time to provide us direct feedback as well as through Google and our Facebook page. I have looked into your concerns and sent you a direct message regarding them. Please don't hesitate to reach out should you want to discuss your concerns further. We hope sweet Penelope is back to her normal self. Take care.

Very overwhelming!!! The cost was outrageous and hurt us deeply financially and practically took everything in our care credit account. We were told that he had a blockage. His vet gave him barium and it went all the way through his system showing absolutely NO blockage! I don't know why he wasn't given this at your facility!? 🤨 He only received fluids and pain meds. For $2,000 !!! I'm so outraged at the cost. I feel like it's highway robbery!!! It's a shame to kick people when they're down and desperate and no hope. You sh... read more

Took my fur baby there with a suspected bladder infection. I expected a three or 4 hour wait for diagnosis and treatment, but not Ten!! We were already worried enough but after the fifth, sixth and seventh hour with no update or news of any kind our worry was compounded. We hope to never need to be forced to use their services again as they were the only place open.

Business response:

Tammy, thank you for taking the time to provide us feedback on our Google and Facebook accounts. I have sent you a direct email which I hope helps to clarify your questions/concerns. Please take care.

I got to the Animal Emergency hospital around 5am with my dog whom had just been attacked, his eyeball was hanging out of the socket and he was in excruciating pain! They made it sound like he was going to get surgery right away, they informed me his surgery wouldn’t be finished until late afternoon so I should go home and get some sleep. It wasn’t until 8am when they called me and said he was going to lose his eye and that he needed surgery then they proceeded to tell me they needed $1,200 deposit in order to even start the... read more

Navaeh, We are hopeful that Fenrir is feeling his best during his recovery. I have sent you a direct email addressing your concerns but wanted to recap the following information: 1.) Fenrir received pain relief and antibiotics within 20 minutes of his presentation at our clinic. 2.) You are correct that we needed a financial commitment from you prior to providing his surgery. This policy is not unique to you and is something we ask of all our clientele. You signed acknowledgement of approval of this policy when completing ... read more

Put profit ahead of animals welfare. We do not use anything but cash or check. I had money in bank account and could prove it, they would take check for exam, but not for c-section, even though I could prove money was there. We are now sitting at the VCA hospital in Kalamazoo getting our c-section. They will take our check. Animal Emergency Hospital had very poor customer service. We were not the only family getting turned away. People were angry. No other place to go for a c-section late evening. DO NOT GO HERE!

Business response:

Marta, thank you for taking the time to provide us a review of your visit. We so sincerely hope that Josey has made a full recovery of her visit. I wanted to clarify the forms of payment that we accept: cash, personal check up to $500, all major credit cards, CareCredit, and Scratchpay. These payment expectations are not unique to you and are what we ask of all our clientele. I am sorry that you were unable to find one of these payment forms acceptable, but am so thankful you were able to find a place that was able to work w... read more
