the days of olde are definitely gone. nobody trusts anybody any more. I see clearly now, that's definitely all about the money. their heart is not in what they do but in what their pockets receive. my Fela passed away this morning at 8am. I will forever remember what you all did.

I took my bearded dragon there this morning to be told it would be inhumane of me to take her home and her heart rate was 10 and should be 200, After researching I found that to be false a bearded dragons average heart rate is 30- 40, I made my decision to put my dragon down because of FALSE INFORMATION provided to me by this hospital! They also referenced my dragon having a black beard so it "was dying" BEARDED DRAGONS get black beards, that doesnt mean they are dying. I will be pursuing this with my lawyer.

We had an emergency with our Manx cat, Max over the weekend, and our regular vets office wasn't opened. Another Veterinary Clinic here in Muskegon I called to see if we could take Max there recommended Animal Emergency Hospital, because their office was all booked up. We were unsure taking our beloved Max there, because they didn't know us, or Max, and we didn't know them. We were so glad we went there even though the out come with our Max wasn't good. Unfortunately we had to make the hard, and very sad decision to put Max t... read more

First time pet owner and they made me feel like my pet was just any other animal. My pet was family. They made us take our dogs body home with us because we could not pay upfront the cost of bringing him in. They put him in a box and sent us on our way. Ive never heard of a bet hospital doing anything like this. And its very sad and definitely not heart felt.

When a family with small kids come in with their dead dog in their arms after being hit by a car and you tell them they have to take their dead dog home cause you can’t pay is ridiculous and hurtful. Where is the compassion. It’s all about the mighty dollar. Shame on your hospital and staff. No compassion.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I brought my dog here two years ago. He was undergoing heartworm treatment and suddenly became very lethargic. I suspected his body was reacting to the breakdown of the heart worms. When we arrived they assessed him and stated he was dehydrated and his BP was low. They then proceeded to do nothing for the next 5 hours until they were certain we had secured payment for his treatment. They should have started fluids and the typical heartworm reaction protocol which includes benadryl and... read more
