the worst hospital in michigan sat in parking lot for 7hrs and they did absolutely nothing for my dog.only thing they did was steal 290 dollars from me.
I was told to be there by Noon on Friday.. I arrived approx. 11:30 am. it was about 2 hours before hearing from them, as they made me wait in my car because of this Coronavirus crap., and that was just to left me know they were about to give an initial exam. then an hour later,, Doctor calls, to ask what was the reason I have my Huskey in,, really? It took them 3.5 hours to give me the first test results on my 8 week old puppy in distress. A fecal test for parasites. 3.5 hours to get results. It was 2.5 hours before I spoke with Dr. Barcewski. 2.5 hours after arriving to speak with a Vet.

Sooooo expensive and watch your bill. Lots of mistakes and over charges.
I feel they use your stress and the illness of your pet. Yo over charge Knowing you just want your pet to get better. The price we 10 times more then a vets. I understand it’s an animal hospital. But with those prices. The average Joe can not afford their prices. So disappointed. And will look for a second choice
We took our German Shepherd there after being hit by a car because our vet was closed & (at the time) felt since they were listed as an "emergency vet" they were more equipped to handle an emergency like this so we took Mana to them. They examined him, said there was no need for xrays, "He lucked out! He's got some bumps, bruises and a couple torn pads" even though we wanted xrays done. The sent us home with pain meds. We paid $600 for them to give a wrong diagnosis for our dog. $600 is a lot when you’re not even treating what’s wrong. The meds they prescribed were because they “thought” he had a sever sinus infection and they took xrays because they thought he had a broken jaw. The days following we took him to our vet who knew right when she seen him that he had tetanus. So now that $600 goes down the drain and we have to pay to correct what is really wrong.
