On July 10th 2022 my friend brought her cat in because she had a seizure. The ER said they were too busy and only had one vet. She took her to another Vet open on Sunday. Without diagnostics the Vet put her down. She is devastated.

IT is not a true emergency hospital. don't go unless your pet is dying. we were put on a waiting list and were not called for 19 hours.they gave us other numbers to call of places in área. only falls road was was close. other places were Fairfax, Va;Shewbury,Pa and Newark,De are not on the area.

Business response:

We are saddened to hear you were not pleased with your most recent visit, Myra. Since the beginning of the current pandemic of COVID19, we have been presented with many challenges that we have had to overcome, with a significant increase of patients and wait times included. When checking into ER Express, it is recommended waiting at home with your pet until a text is sent stating we are ready to see them. Unfortunately sometimes our ... read more

The doctor never came out and fully said the dog was brain dead. Just kept pushing for the tests. My sister’s dog crossed the rainbow bridge. And we had to pay before t... read more

I brought my dog in because she was attacked by other dogs and at least one of her cuts needed stitches. They quoted me a bit over 1600 at the end I paid over 1400, my dog never got stitches, they didn’t even clean her up. She started vomiting there so they did an X-ray that I didn’t think she needed but I conformed for my dog and they were certain something was really wrong. They said something was in her stomach and they wanted to do surgery and it would cost me between 2000-3000 more. They didn’t want to do my dogs stitch... read more

My cat was fully sedated multiple times (propofol) to get his vitals because he is fractious which makes it completely inaccurate. I could go on but overall a horrible experience.
