Get directionsTried to take my dog to the emergency vet this evening. Called at 820pm to start the process via phone. Filled out all required forms. I still have not heard back about coming to the hospital and it’s been more than an hour and a half later. How can this be an emergency vet?

We are saddened to hear you were not pleased with your most recent visit, Hope. Since the beginning of the current pandemic of COVID19, we have been presented with many challenges that we have had to overcome, with a significant increase of patients and wait times included. ER Express (our mobile check in software) has allowed us to facilitate quicker patient care. When checking into ER Express, it is recommended waiting at home with your pet until a text is sent stating we are ready to see them. Unfortunately, sometimes our... read more

She called 2 lady's some random people when on phone to vet.. But they were caring n dropping some ones poor cat that was bad off could not hold her head up n the owner could not get a ... read more

Worst experience EVER. Took our 14 year old dog Lulu in to help her cross the rainbow bridge due to many health issues and no longer eating. The front desk was very cold hearted and asked if we wanted to just put her down or have a "Quality of Life" examination done ($125). We said yes to the examination to reassure this was the right decision. They took Lulu back to do the examination. Lulu can barley walk and can not be left in a cage due to her inability to walk. After 45 minutes of waiting in a room, we started getting c... read more

We are saddened to hear that you did not have a good experience recently, Ms. Muhler, and wanted to address your concerns. Our top priority is to provide dedicated and compassionate care to every patient that walks through our doors. Patients are brought back to our triage area to be assessed by a doctor. When you came in with your pet the other night, we unfortunately had several critical patients that had just come in and/or was already hospitalized and needed lifesaving intervention. We strive to not make patients wait th... read more

Normally I would recommend this place. Tonight my dog was having breathing issues, balance and ear issues . I called. They had me email a video. I did. They told me they would call me about it. Never did. I had to call . They said when the vet decides what to do they will call me. Don’t come there til they call me. They never called. I called 2 hours later. They told me they texted me instead. I took my dog in. By this time his breathing episode was much better. They took him back. 2 hours later we had to ask what was going ... read more

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Lisa. We are saddened to hear you did not have a good experience recently at our hospital and understand how stressful a pet emergency can be. While we do ask owners to wait at home with their pets until called in from our mobile system, we also encourage owners to bring their pet in for a triage if they feel like their pet’s condition is rapidly declining. At times there may be a delay to speak with a doctor once you have been checked into the hospital if there are other crit... read more
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ I WOULD SHARE ⚠️⚠️⚠️ DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE ! They’ve just been charging me more and more and more to keep just making my baby sick & suffer ! They barely bathed him. The receptionist deliberately hung up on me. They were rude & unprofessional. The doctors were asking vet technicians under them what is best for my dog! They said we had to wear gowns and gloves every visit & one night this vet technician told us it was OPTIONAL! So not every employee is following protocol.. When I went to visit him last nigh... read more

We are saddened to hear you did not have a good experience recently, Selena, and wanted to address your concerns. Parvo is a very contagious virus among dogs and it is imperative to make sure you keep them up to date on their vaccines, especially puppies since they are the most vulnerable. Patient care and safety is our top priority and with it being a contagious disease, there are certain isolation protocols that we have to follow in the hospital (i.e. wearing proper PPE) and limiting visitations as to not spread it around ... read more
What a waste of time after waiting for 5 hours to get triaged and be told you have to wait because there are other dogs that are more critical. How can you say that without looking at my dog first? I worked in the ER and I know how triaged works. The front desk just selectively chose which dog they want to be triaged first. Don’t even bother going there.!!! What a disappointment after being told that it is a good hospital.
Business response:
