Was more concerned on long term care not needed than treatment of infection or cause of infection. Gave proper diagnosis and treatment but assumed more than needed because of lack of breed knowledge in large dogs. Kept on fluid drip longer than needed which added cost not allowing a dog to drink on its own. After release of canine and treatment; vet continues to call owner on long term care which is not needed since a secondary infection was the cause. Did not follow up with a call to the original vet to follow up on emergen... read more

I can not even begin to say how happy I am with this vet. I wish they could be my full time vet. I took my baby in, scared to death after she had gotten into a lot of candy, and they immediately took her back to begin treatment. I was then brought into another room to be explained the ENTIRE process. NO sugar coating. You need that kind of thing when its your baby! Then the price was broken down to me piece by piece, and i payed the low end. I was given updates by phone by the actual doctor any time that I wanted. By the tim... read more

I would advise anyone that has an animal that cares do not take your pet to this place it is a shitshow they robbed me of almost $3,000 sent me home with enough opioid painkillers to kill a horse never advise me that my dog had bladder stones which I found out from another Veterinary Clinic. She was only a small miniture schnauzer 15lbs...STAY AWAY.... I hope that enough of your patients compiled lawsuits against you that your business goes bankrupt and i hope others see your true colors before you take all their money..

I used to love this place and the staff for 9 plus years, , but the compassion that I So greatly appreciate I found in our darkest of times was no longer there.. A building is just a building ! It’s what is inside that counts and until you get that compassion back it will only be a building and your patients suffer!

While i appreciate the work put into addressing my cats issues, and keeping me well informed, i am deeply disturbed by the vets decision to hide behind the law and keep my cat's body after he was put down. Never once did anyone give me a clear explanation why 1 simple bite, that night, and while in massive pain warrants a rabies check. Even the nurse seem shocked that call was made. It does not take someone with a vet degree to see that my cat did not have rabies. He was in pain and lashing out at anyone. Anyone who handled ... read more

People behind the front desk are very very ignorant and nobody tells you anything until its all done. This place needs to better communicate with its customers and keep them in the loop not waiting in a room alone for 90 mins listening to my dog screaming in the back.

We brought our 15 year old dachshund in on an emergency. He was in distress with possible seizure or stroke. He spent the night and came home the next morning a bit better. What is disturbing is what a follow up visit with our vet revealed. After a 5 minute exam, our vet discovered a very large mass in his abdomen. He did receive information from the ER prior to our visit. We had to move fast because the tumor was so large and causing stress on all his other organs. Using a simple xray, we were able to see this large ... read more
