I took my dog to this hospital beacause it close to my home. They not care about my dog, they only see $$$,. This Hospital always recommand to have blood test, Xray......, give you a hugh bills and medication, never proivde you a written full report of any test???? since they enter information to their computer during examination, why this hospital reluctant to provide u a written report after each visit or test result......... Doctor we worked w was nice but lacked confidence, too wishy washy. Felt like they oversold prescriptions/treatment/products. In the end our pet died, did not respond to treatments. If your pet is really sick, please go elsewhere. Your pet's life depends on it.

They seemed to be more concerned about how to make a buck than they were competent at making our dog well. Very expensive. Regular check ups, I think are fine, but if your pet is really ill, this is not the place.

I would not recommend this clinic, friendly vet, but dog misdiagnosed, asked for records which were not complete at all, when asked for some follow up from the vet office manager could only say "well aren't you happy your dog is ok and I will have to talk to the owner?" NO accountability on their behalf and service recovery lacking. Now...$750 later, pockets a little lighter, but my dog is ok!

We've taken our dog here 3 times and each time has been horrible. This is not our regular vet, but our dog seems to get urinary tract infections on the weekend and it's close to our home, so, thus, the reason we've been here. However, the last time sealed the deal as they prescribed the wrong dosage of medicine for our dog. We will NEVER take another pet here again!! First off, they do NOT greet you when you enter. When I moved to this area, I thought "Great! A close vet" Then we used them... only once. My dog is very friendly to humans and needs special introductions to canines, but once introduced, he's a big push over. As we were waiting for our appointment in the lobby, the wait was about 1.5 hours, even though we had scheduled a time w/ them. It began to get extremely crowded, very small facility. Avoid this clinic like the plague. The head Vet, Dr. Thomazin is rude, and clearly interested only in the profit side of the business. Fees are altered from what is told the customer and what is actually charged. One of the Vets(who is a superb Doctor--who quit less than a month later and went elsewhere) who saw my very ill dog quoted the rate for his hospitalization as $300 per day for 24-48 hours. I HATE HATE HATE this vet clinic. They ask a couple questions, rub your pet a little, then you get your pricey bill. If I felt my pets were being well taken care of or even just cared for with concern I'd gladly pay all fees necessary. But that is hardly the case at this clinic.
