This place was a joke! Let me tell you at first they were great day one of taking my dog there for her broken leg... First night taking her home cast fell off due to not shaving her fur back making the bandage tape not stick, then had to take her back for it to last another few days and it fall off again causing it to never get a chance to heal! Then her paw got infected because we couldn't get back there within 3 days of it falling off again so my husband re wrapped it til we could get back up there. Meanwhile they gave me... read more
I've taken 3 dogs to this Vet Hospital for over 6 years. It was great service and Vet care in the beginning. Now, it is a revolving door of Dr.'s with less than competent care. Our beloved dog went in and was nearly diagnosed without any bloodwork. The bloodwork came back seemingly to indicate exactly what the Vet said, but with elevated liver enzymes. X-rays and sonograms are a typical protocol, but were never recommended by the Dr. After two weeks, our beloved dog seemed OK, but took a very rapid spiral; literally ov... read more
Business response:
Hi Jennifer. First and foremost, please know we are terribly sorry for your loss. It is never easy to say goodbye to a beloved pet companion and especially when it is so unexpected. Unfortunately, animals develop symptoms so quickly that sometimes certain diagnoses are undetectable. Regardless of the timing, we would never want our clients to feel that our team did not care for their pet's well-being to the best of our ability. We have addressed this internally and want to assure your that there was no intention to come off ... read more
I brought my dog in to this hospital for an initial exam and and she was seen by Dr. Rachel Olsen. The visit started off well, but when my dog growled because she did not like what was going on, Dr. Olsen made a judgmental comment about her. I thought this was very insensitive and unprofessional of her. I was hoping to like this place as it's close to home, so I will try it again but will request a different doctor. Also, this place is expensive (they often try to sell you other treatments) and not the friendliest. I'm ... read more

We are very sorry to learn of your recent experience at our hospital. It is never our intention to say anything negative towards our patients. We also strive for great customer service and are sad to hear that friendliness was lacking in our communication. Thank you for giving us a second chance and we hope that we can make your next visit with us enjoyable and comfortable. We want you to leave with a smile on your face!
I've been wanting to write this review, but feel bad writing bad reviews, but this needs to come out. We left our dog for boarding which was like $20 a day because we were going on vacation and didn't want to bother any family member this time, that choice was much regretted. We packed our dog's food and everything and specifically told them that it needed to stay in the fridge since it's freshly made. When we returned from our trip days later, our dog was infected with diarrhea. The vet's response was, "oh your dog must mis... read more
Business response:
Hi Thao, thank you for your review. When animals are stressed, which can happen from missing their owners, their bodies react in all sorts of ways, just like humans. Similar to how one person may get a stomach ache from public speaking and another person may get clammy hands, animals' reactions to their feelings are not simply standard for all. We want to assure you that your dog was well cared for and loved while boarding with us, so we are sad to hear you don't feel this to be the case. We will look into ways we can better... read more
Took our cat here for what seemed to be a respiratory infection (coughing, problems breathing, runny nose) since we adopted her. Facility seemed fine, but meeting the vet was very underwhelming. She basically told me what I already knew as what the problem could be (infection, asthma, etc.) and she recommended nothing be done other than come back a month later. Instead, she spent the rest of the time selling us dewormer, revolution, and $40 ear cleaning... Since our cat is new, she's really crazy about going into a cat c... read more
Business response:
Hi Ted, thank you for sharing your experience. We apologize you were not completely satisfied with our staff, as providing excellent customer service is one of our top priorities. When we saw you and your new cat, our doctor did recommend a follow up so as to check in on your cat's health status and ensure she was recovering back to optimal health. We know that going to the vet can be stressful and scary for some pets, so we would be happy to provide you with some tips and tricks to help your furry friend ease her nerves bef... read more
I just had a very unfavorable experience there. I really am not sure I ever want to go back. I went with my dog who needed to stay in the car until it was her turn to be seen. I went and waited awhile to get checked in which was understandable as it was busy. I watched a woman come in about 10 minutes after me with a cat who apparently knew the person behind the counter as she waved her to sit down and told her she would be next. I was already thinking - wow ok. I was standing here first but ok. Then she finally came to help... read more
My dog passed away today. Less than 24 hours ago, my dog was seen and treated by Dr. Olson with a course of strong antibiotics and at that time Dr. Olson commented that he looked well and that taking him to an emergency clinic was not necessary....
This used to be a great vet clinic, but they have really gone down hill. I live quite a distance away, but was willing to drive there because of a prior referral. Given the distance of the drive, I used to call in and speak with a vet briefly before driving in. Four out of five times it was something small requiring little if any concern, but once in a while the condition seemed more serious warranting an office visit. I appreciated this honest approach to veterinary medicine because it saved me hundreds of dollars. Great se... read more
Avoid Dr Olsen who questioned why I would bring my dog in when he had a thinning hair issue. She said if it's always been on the sparse side what did we expect her to do? Well it turned out to be a grain allergy which we wound up discovering ourselves. His hair filled out and looked much better once we switched his food.
