This place has changed!!! We've taken all of our pets here for years and they've been great. Not so much now! There has obviously been a change in Veterinarians. We have an elderly dog that this office has seen since a puppy so, even though we have moved we wanted to bring him back to where they know him. He is a 14yr Collie and has the typical hip issues. He recently was treated for a sore on his hip that wasn't healing. The vet saw him and prescribed an antibiotic which helped quite a bit. It's flared up again so, we call... read more

Hi Dana, we are sorry to hear about Benny and that you were not satisfied with your pet's visit. We aim to provide the highest quality of care to your furry friend, and are saddened at the miscommunication. When Benny visited us the doctor was under the impression the previous course of medication was not working since the sore was still present. To continue to prescribe antibiotics that are not solving the problem is never recommended. You declined an exam and did not want future treatment, which would have been the next st... read more
I've had two outstanding doctors here. Had to leave the place though because the staff are rude and don't care about anyone anymore. We've stood in the lobby for 15 minutes without anyone so much as acknowledging us. When the finally did the seemed to care less about us and our dog and were more interested in the transaction of paperwork than the dog. A puppy came in and everyone went all gaga for it and then nothing for any other pets. Until the culture changes in this clinic in the lobby, I don't think I'd ever go back. ... read more

After going to this practice for decades, I won't be back. In the past couple of years I've experienced a rapid decline in the quality of service one receives. I feel they are hasty to treat symptoms and that there is no initiative to get to the bottom of the issue(s). There is no continuity of care due to the "hit or miss" method of multiple doctors. And I received contradictory direction from two different veterinarians. Their misdirection resulted in me visiting an ER vet as my cat quickly got worse due to their "advice.... read more

Unfortunately after 20 yrs of coming here, it's time to leave. The office staff is under trained and messes up constantly. The vets seem frazzled and are much more abrupt than in past years. My pets always got good care, especially surgical, but the new changes and staff here are making each visit a chore.

I would not recommend this clinic based on my last encounter which occurred about one month ago. The veterinarian added tests to a panel which I did not authorize and they billed us an additional $150-200 for these. Additionally, they never explained why these tests were indicated. On top of this they never called with results. They also attempted to prescribe a brand form of flea/tic medication and added it to the invoice which I never asked for. I did not pay for this and told them i would buy the generic for a fractio... read more

My kitty came home with a gash on his leg late one night. I panicked since it was so late. This hospital was closing soon but told me to come on in, which I was grateful for. They bandaged his leg and told me to see my normal vet in 4-5 days. I left feeling great about his recovery. Four days later, I went to my vet and they were shocked when they checked his wound. It had doubled in size, the bandage was much too tight so it stuck to the wound and his toes were swollen. They told me he should have been rechecked 1-2 days af... read more

I've been to this hospital a few times with my dog purely out of convenience due to location and hours. The first time I went, it was an average experience - nothing overly the top, but nothing bad, either. However, the more I go, I'm noticing they're less interested in solving my dog's problem and care more about the money aspect. The last time I went, I asked for advice on how to prevent an issue my dog is regularly experiencing. Rather than sitting down and telling me suggestions, the vet told me, "oh, we can just give y... read more

Beware. Don't assume these vets or assistants are doing a thorough job. If you ask for them to trim your dog's nails, check each nail. For months they weren't trimming the nail in the back of the leg. Just assumed they did. Then we discovered they had not all these times. The nail grew into a curl and our poor dog had to have it painfully removed.

Very over-priced. I took my male cat to be neutered last summer. Additionally, we had him de-worm, rabbi shot and microchipped. The bill for the whole thing was around $400. My neighbor took her new female cat elsewhere for spaying. Additionally, they had her de-worm, rabbi shot and microchipped. The bill for the whole thing was less than $250. Previously when I took my other cat there, I always felt that it just seemed very expensive there. After my neighbor's example, I am NOT going there again.
