I love this veterinary clinic! The staff and vets are always so friendly and informative. They have bent over backwards a few times to help me out and to see my dog on short notice. They are so good, and patient with the animals, and the facility is nicer than most human clinics that I have been too. I am so thankful we have found such an amazing veterinary clinic for our fur-baby.

Without Dr Holt and his caring staff, my love of my life, Luke, would not be here! My baby boy was hit by a truck in early December. Of course it was a hit and run, but we got Luke to Animal House as soon as we could. Everyone bent over backwards to make sure Luke made it! His lung was collapsed, his 2 back legs were broken, it didn't look good for my little man! They pulled him through the night, and through several surgeries. The Good: The receptionist (Winter) was an angel. I asked a ton of questions and she was great. The outside is very well maintained. The inside reception is very spacious. There were multiple people at the front desk. I was take back earlier than my appt. The tech was very courteous and explained everything. The vet was very nice. I like it here very much. I always feel like they care about my kitty. There is one receptionist.. cant remember her name, older lady. She doesn't look like she likes her job. Barely smiled =. Maybe it was too early for her that day. But everyone seemed happy.

I am going to come off as one of those crazy cat people, but I just have to say that I love this vet clinic so far. I had been going to the same vet for over 5 years, but the last time they were rude towards me and towards one of my cats. I underwent two surgeries and spent over $1,000, only to be told afterward that I needed to go somewhere else. Not only was this incredibly disappointing, but the customer service throughout the entire experience was also terrible uncaring, unhelpful, and dismissive. I expected a higher standard of professionalism and accountability, especially considering the serious nature of medical care. I would strongly caution others before seeking treatment here.

This place is a money-hungry joke. My husband and I took our cat in because she was constantly vomiting and drinking excessive amounts of water. We had let them know that a couple months prior, our cat had gotten into some foam (from a baby playmat), but had vomited the pieces up a while back. A week before taking her to this vet, she had a senior blood panel done at her original veterinary hospital and it came back perfectly fine. So this time, we were expecting an X-ray. This place is something else. I own a large pet who was diagnosed with have an infection in his prostate. They give me medication and it gets 10x worst. Not their fault thats Be being optimistic but I bring him back for a follow up because he lost all movement. All they do is shoot him with pain meds and give me new antibiotics to force feed him instead of them shooting him up with them. I brought my dog (border collie mix) and cat here. My cat has problems with throwing up and I'm happy to say they have prescribed medication that has helped tremendously. However he also has a bad ear infection and I have spent hundreds of dollars on medication for it and nothing has helped.
