We went in labor For my dogs annual vaccines shots and they told us we didn't have to pay the exam fee because it's rabies awearness month and she had a bad allergic reaction to their vacancies so we go in and they make pay for a exam fee and the 2 shots she had to receive and they did not warn us with any side affects and when my wife was asking why do we have to pay the exam fee and the vet had a smart aleck tone to her voice and then the vet told the receptionist to deny my wife and our dogs services from now because my ... read more
Honestly the worst equine vets I've experienced. I have multiple horror stories about this clinic. The most recent being a horse of mine that had multiple barbed wire wounds. The vet that came out to see him was Dr. Holt. He assessed the horse and washed out the major wound with water... nothing more, water. Then he gave him an antibiotic that was supposed to last 4 days (most antibiotic treatments should be 10 days minimum!). This place is HORRIBLE!!! Our puppy had parvo she was hospitalized at Animal house for FOUR days at $202 a day!!! When i picked up my puppy to take her to another VET she had poop on her sides and collar, and her chin was crusty and looked so sad her ribs were showing she was lethargic and could barely walk. When the vet tech handed my my puppy she said, "sorry she is so stinky." I even got a rash from holding her while we were transporting her to the other Vet clinic. When I first walked in, as most of the previous comments stated, everything was beautiful inside and out. However, I came to find out that just because the place itself was very inviting did not mean the people were! The girls at the front desk are rude in that they hardly aknowledge you or your pet and when they do they aren't exactly pleasant.
