Better communication, listening to my issues. The Escrow account is totally screwed up causing me to have to pay and additional $700.00 per month. Talking to them was like talking to the wall. I had a great experience with PENNYMAC prior to this house purchase. It has been very disappointing and I think I might have been better served using the builders mortgage company.
Staff was professional, friendly, and responsive.
The whole experience was very positive, I will use PennyMac again for my mortgage needs.

Anna has been a rock for me, she worked with me through the whole process and made me feel like i was special. Things got rocky at times, but she made sure it all worked out. Every time i reached out, she got back to me promptly with the answers that I was looking for. She is great and truly appreciate the hard work that she has done for me. I've had a previous loan and also referred a friend . Anna was fabulous !! Anna really understood how excited I was to get this house ..and made it happen.
Better communication. We were asked to send the same documents so many times we almost went somewhere else to get a loan. When we tried to talk to them they were rarely available. When we did talk to someone they claimed that they never received the documents.
