Verified Renter Anson at the Lakes are renovated with nice appliances. However, it does sit in a community with a few crime disturbances here and there . Though these areas are mainly outside of the neighborhood up the road. It is gated, yet since moving in the gates are often open . I did report my concern to management, hopefully I can get some type of response about why this is or are at least a change to provide a better safety net for us residents here.
