Verified Renter An okay place to live. Some apartments have bug issues that can't be resolved. Even though it's a gated community the gate is always broken or not working. The features of the apartments are nice and the outdoor area is well maintained. Although the pandemic has hindered a few of its amenities, there is a hint of a sense of community and management is very polite and responsive in person. Overall this is average place to be, though for a short time/one year.

Great customer service! Camille was so helpful in providing information over the phone for my boyfriend! He planned to relocate to Charlotte temporarily for work and she was able to assist with the both of us living so far away. Even gave some great information about the city and nice hotels to stay when visiting.

Verified Renter The move in process was fast and easy. When a maintenance issue occurs they are promoted in getting it fixed and resolved!
Verified Renter Maintenance is terrific , they are always fast and professional. apartments look exactly how they do online . Only complaint is they do not keep the ground clean all the time . Specifically behind the buildings , I assume they do this because coming in no one can see, however people sitting on their balconies have a front row seat of litter on the ground and in the trees.
