I gave this community a 5 before and have been here for a year and I believe that two stars are more deserving. The leasing office is never responsive when I call. We once had security but never see them going around anymore. There are maintenance issues around the buildings and I have brought it to their attention many times and they have yet to fix it. Have recently experienced slow resolution on my maintenance tickets lately and had a leak and a broken microwave that were outstanding. Michael stopped in today and not only took care of the leak I put a ticket for , but also fixed another small leak I was casually mentioning as he was explaining the pipe system. Appreciated the details provided on the issue to understand how things work. I’ve lived at this community for 2 months and have really been enjoying it. The community is beautiful and there is plenty of grass for my dog. The bark park is also super spacious too! I had a great experience working with Gabriela from the leasing office. She helped me with getting my new car registered and getting my mail room key. She always has a smile on her face is and ready to help.
My AC unit went out in the middle of the day it was soo hot Shaimeek came without a problem I just flagged them down didn’t even have time to put in a work order because it was 94 degrees in my unit he was so kind and the maintenance team that came to help equally were awesome every time I’ve had an issue they were really fast and honestly helped the problem… the maintenance staff here really does a great job and are super easy to work with!!!
