Verified Renter The gate hardly ever works and is always open, parking sucks. Maintenance has poor quality work, the upgrades in the home are poor quality, theres paint splatters all over the wood floor. Everything is nicer at a glance. I had to make too many requests for broken or low quality things as a new tenant. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. It wasnt filthy when we moved in but it wasnt clean either. The placement of lights in the community is poor - one is right in front of the bedroom window.

Verified Renter This community environment is not great. The apartment itself is not bad for the rental rate, and the maintenance is great/responsive. Other than that, I would not recommend living here.

Verified Renter The complex overall is nice but the bugs are taking over and its very disappointing to come home and have to kill a ton of bugs.

Staff SUCKS! The apartment itself is nice and spacious. Parking is terrible. I feel they rushed the process of fixing and cleaning up the place. There was a huge “burn” mark on the counter that was brought to their attention but still there! The sink and bathtub fill up as if they’re clogged. The kitchen sink was leaking at the bottom but that was fixed right away. Definitely experienced a huge roach on my ceiling! It’ll take a week for someone to come out. Verified Renter Has water bugs stairwells are rusted. Seems as though they put more effort into making the apartment. Beautiful but no effort is being made on making the breezeways in the outside beautiful in most areas. The walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor's conversation if you're in the bathroom.

Verified Renter The design of the apartment is very nice but the fixing and touching up of the apartment for every new resident is done poorly and cheaply. The leasing consultants are not very good with responding back to you within atleast 48hours, (most of the time not at all) they need more staff if they cannot handle all of the "current" residents needs and not just future residents who come in the office.
