Verified Renter I would not recommend. I have sent several emails to the front office over the last week and have gotten no response from associates or managers.

Waterbugs Galore! I lived here for a year and saw more insects than I’ve ever seen in my life. So many waterbugs that I found them in my bed! Had to move my bed completely off the wall due to them coming from the ceiling. Loud neighbors, no parking ever, sketchy people in the neighborhood. What gate? People ride right through it or it’s not working. Staff never answer the phone and seems like there is a high turnover rate. Don’t do it my dude!
KEEP LOOKING 1 star This community has gone totally downhill. I was satisfied with my unit and the upgrades but this complex is not safe at all! Gunshots quite often, car break ins etc. Calling security is pointless. The neighbors can be loud and the staff do not stand by the community rules they set in place themselves. Parking is a NIGHTMARE! What is the point of having parking decals if the rules aren’t enforced. Worst property management company ever! Management is extremely unprofessional and fail to respond to emails!!! On 12/12/19 the ceiling to apartment 1816 at 7608 Waterford lakes dr., Charlotte, NC 28210 collapsed and subsequently flooded the apartment. The building manager was notified immediately, however in the time that it took to drain the apartment, there was substantial damaged to almost all property in the apartment. BUG ISSUE I have been experiencing cockroaches/palmetto bugs in my apartment. I asked them to come spray 2 weeks ago and they did. Since the spraying I have seen multiple more bugs in my apartment. Very disappointed -ZERO stars New Owners??????? Very VERY DISAPPOINTING. I have been living here for about 9 months now and did not have a problem until the property was bought out by Bell apartment living. My car was recently towed because I had to park in a car port due to the fact that there was no parking.
