The purchase of our new home included a Sylvan Pool.. We decided to contact Anthony & Sylvan Pools to get the pool re-plastered and tiled. The salesman came and sold us a load of crap, he said they do the best job... there is a project manager that will oversee, it will be done on a schedule, he may stop by and check on things...... DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER USING ANTHONY & SYLVAN POOLS!!! The last 30 weeks building our pool has been a nightmare with them. It took them 30 weeks to build a pool which was estimated to be only a 10 week project. They are HORRIBLE at communicating with the customer. In fact, the communication is so bad their subcontractors complained to us about it. I wish I could give zero stars. If you read no further than this DO NOT USE ANTHONY SYLVAN POOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no communication. After salesman Don, there is not a person in this company worth dealing with. In June 2017 my family unfortunately signed a contract to have a/s pools put our dream pool in our yard. DO NOT USE THEM! BE WARNED! In 2015 my pool was resurfaced by Anthony & Sylvan pool company and it was my biggest mistake as a home owner. The Worst result of construction work have never seen before. Quality of work and materials are unexpectedly poor and as a result I could not use my pool for 2 years, communication with Anthony & Sylvan PM was one way road and brought me with my complaints no were.
