We are completely satisfied with our windows. We had all of our windows replaced in our home. Additionally, they installed a new storm door on our front door. During the installation, the guys on the crew found a defect in the casement of one of our larger windows. We would have never seen it if they had just gone ahead & installed the window. I hired APCO to complete a deck and patio project, which took them over a year to complete and still was unsatisfactory. Despite my willingness to try to work it out with the company and my vocalization of unhappiness they were willing to give me $300 to reimburse me for the less than desirable outcome. The contracting company did not treat the patio over the winter and when they came back in spring, the treatment they used, made the patio shine for a week and then it became foggy because they sealed it wet. Columbus worst window company. Over 1 year start to finish. Order placed 4/26/24 and final invoice sent 5/22/25. Family company but they dont install their own windows. The problems started from the beginning with their subcontractor installers. The job was quoted for 2 days to install 16 windows and they rushed to finish in one day. Towards the end of the install, it started to rain and they were just throwing metal and caulking around the windows. The quality of the install was horrible. Wouldnt give one star if it was an option. They didnt bring the materials to make the window stops or the screens for any of my six windows on the installation day. When they put the trim coil around the windows they replaced it with the wrong color. It took almost seven weeks for them to come back with the material to do the stops and the correct color trim. My husband and I had the front door and back door of our house in ************ replaced. The new doors make a big change, they look beautiful in our vintage house. However, we haven been having some issues with the back door installation. First, it was very tight to open and close. We really had to push hard to open it.
