I had someone from Apex call and let me know when the roofers would be here, the supervisor of the roofing company came out the Sunday before to look and let me know the workers would be there first thing Monday morning. The workers were here before 7am, worked very hard and did not leave a mess in the yard. The inspector from Apex, Antonia, came out and checked the work and had me sign off on some things. Overall experience was very good.
The roofing crew did great work. Completed job in 1 day, very impressive. Also contacted by Brittney to follow up on roof. She was very courteous and took note of leak in sunroof after storm. Over all very helpful. Antonio A. Came to the house to complete the final walk through
They stayed on top of all the tasks, were very communicative and organized.
From what I could see from ground level everything appears to be OK
The roofing team did a great job. They were fast and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. Antonio explained his findings and spent time going over what he found and what we could expect as followup.

Crew on time. Work result is profesional and workday service was first rate. Antonio was extremely helpful and cared about the quality of the work and is taking care of a few minor Issues. Overall a great experience.
Overall the final product was good. The teams ability to work with our insurance was critical to being able to update our roof. Team was fast and initial job was solid. Only problem was wrong color roof edging. Required a tear off and fix. Team was prompt and worked fast and in the end the job was well done. Antonio did a good job defusing the situation and going over the details of the roof work. Call center/ customer service could be more engaged and responsive to support the install team.
Overall, a great job!
