Overall the final product was good. The teams ability to work with our insurance was critical to being able to update our roof. Team was fast and initial job was solid. Only problem was wrong color roof edging. Required a tear off and fix. Team was prompt and worked fast and in the end the job was well done. Antonio did a good job defusing the situation and going over the details of the roof work. Call center/ customer service could be more engaged and responsive to support the install team.
Overall, a great job!
I am so happy so far with this roof. There was a little misunderstanding at the beginning but Antonio A. and Brittany P. We’re able to work with me to settle the situations. They have done everything to be sure things a re right and all is well with our roof. I would definitely recommend APEX.
The guys where great, the crew was fast and the roof looks very nice. Antonio was there to keep me updated on the work and to see if I had any questions.
The customer service was outstanding! Lexi helped with the insurance claim and kept me up to date on the timeline. Derek made sure the job was done right, and Antonio inspected it to ensure quality work. I could not be more pleased with my new roof and gutters.
