Apex did a great job on our roof. Rachel F***** was in constant communication to help us walk through the whole process, and went out of her way to answer and address any questions we had. The work they did on the roof was top notch and we will definitely use them again.

We recently had our roof replaced after storm/wind damage. From the first contact with Apex Roofing, they communicated with us every step of the way. Apex promptly evaluated my roof concerns following tornado and wind damage! Once assessment was completed they walked me through the process with my insurer and then their crew was efficient with the replacement and repairs. They helped coordinate the necessary interior repairs and painting needs as well. I was pleased with the process, use of photos to validate my concerns for additional repairs that were required, and the accountability they provided until project was fully completed. My friend used Apex to replace his hail damaged roof and referred them to me. I told him to get someone to contact me. Shortly after, Richard came to my house, surveyed all the damages, took pictures and was very thorough in his evaluation. My home is in Gulf Shores, AL. John I****** of Apex stopped by one day and asked if he could give me a free inspection and estimate of my roof. I agreed and his inspection team found wind and hail damage. John attentively led me through the insurance claim process in April, 2019. He was very patient in explaining the steps involved and his team assisted in the inspection and estimation process with my insurance adjuster.
