Apex offered me a free roof inspection upon which they found a great deal of damage that I was completely unaware of! I immediately contacted my insurance company while Apex assisted me every step of the way making the process as smooth and simple as possible for me. Our experience was excellent.
I was pleased with the job on my roof.
Apex is such a good company. I called because I had a small leak. They gave me a free inspection and it turns out my roof had a LOT of hail damage not visible from the ground. They worked with my insurance company, and in a short amount of time, I had a brand new roof, only paying my deductible. I am a construction manager myself, and they did a grade A job. Don't hire them. I dont know any other way to stress this. ******** company, ******** customer service. Before my roof was i stalled there crew that dropped off the dumpster slammed into my garage door. Two months after installation they finally decide to invoice me but never replaced my garage door. They keep saying they will provide me with an update. Well update still hasn't came but they want their money for i stall. At this point, if I could leave a review with 0 stars I would! Once the contract is signed and the insurance deductible collected, communication and customer service become non-existent. Materials were delivered as promised on Monday, demolition of the old roof took place as promised on Tuesday, moisture barrier and new shingles were installed on Thursday and Friday. Deceptive practices to fool customers into thinking they have repairs that need to be fixed on their roof. Apex pushes to run all roof replacements through the insurance but do not inform Homeowners that they will be responsible for the full amount if Insurance doesn't approve work. DON'T let them on your roof!! They are pushy and dishonest. Lots of complaints and not BBB accredited.
Only need to read consumers complaints about this company. They seems to follow a pattern of deceptive practices which they coordinate with lawyers who for mare greed sale themselves for corruptive practices deceiving homeowner by telling them that their roof needs repair. They make you believe that there's no out of pocket money when actually they can put a lien on your own property.
